Long DescriptionBy Dawn's Early Light: Four People. Three Minutes. Two Choices. One Chance For Survival. Nuclear war - a nightmare that may become grim reality for the world in this riveting thriller. When a fanatical group opposed to friendly U.S./Soviet relations explodes a nuclear missile over a Russian city, it begins a chain reaction of accusations and actions that begin the groundwork for WWIII. As the clock ticks toward nuclear annihilation, the American President and the Soviet President race toward a solution, fighting within their own camps as well as with each other. Two Air pilots involved romantically as well as professionally, Cassidy (Powers Boothe) and Moreau (Rebecca De Mornay), are ordered to take their B-52 bomber into the air and await further instruction from the president (Martin Landau). But when it is reported that a bomb has killed the President, pilots Cassidy and Moreau are ordered to perform the "grand tour", the systematic bombing of the bunkers of all Russian leaders. Can these two follow through on a command that will mark the beginning of the end? Fail Safe: From a live groundbreaking television performance. A computer malfunction triggers the transmission of nuclear-attack codes to a U.S. bomber squadron. The orders are irreversible, the primary target is Moscow - and the President, his advisors and military leaders race time to head off global catastrophe. George Clooney executive-produces and joins a precision team of actors to retell the Classic Cold War doomsday thriller based on the 1962 Eugene Burdick/Harvey Wheeler book and the memorable 1964 film. Recalling the adrenaline-rush days of early TV drama, Fail Safe was staged and telecast live on April 9, 2000 in black-and-white, establishing an immediate sense of history unfolding. Historic, too, is the cast: Richard Dreyfuss, Brian Dennehy, Noah Wyle, Don Cheadle, Harvey Keitel, Hank Azaria and Sam Elliott.

Although we have had a couple days lately when we have been down for maintenance, looking back over the last couple years we can say that we have been available 99.5% of the time and that isn't too bad at all.

With the latest outage, we struggled to replace damaged equipment and bring the new boxes online as quickly as possible. We now think that we have everything up and running but we will keep monitoring for little things that may have gotten missed.

We feel so bad when ever the system is off line for more than a few minutes or for any unexpected events. But to put thinks into prespective, we looked back over the past 2 years and found that we have been off line completely for less than 100 hours with the longest period being this last outage when we ended up doing a full rebuild on our main server box.

With all things considered we think we are doing pretty good for a small company managing multiple web sites as well as our regular day-to-day business.

We will continue to improve and make efforts to reduce future down time. Even at 99.5% up time, there is room for improvement.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
