Long DescriptionABSENCE OF MALICE (1981, Rated PG, 117 Mins.) In America, can a man be guilty until proven innocent? Suppose you picked up this morning's newspaper and your life was a front page headline... and everything they said was accurate but not true. This is the dilemma that must be faced in this timely drama about the incredible power of the press. Michael Gallagher (played by Paul Newman in an Oscar-nominated role) reads in the paper that he is the subject of a criminal investigation. Suddenly, everything he has ever worked for is in jeopardy. He confronts the author, Megan Carter (Sally Field), a relentless investigative reporter. Together they learn that the story was purposely leaked to Carter as part of a plot by the chief investigator. Gallagher's life hangs in the balance as he and Carter try to uncover the truth.

AND JUSTICE FOR ALL(1979, Rated R, 119 Mins.) In a criminal justice system where criminals go free, lawyers and judges make deals as a matter of routine and the innocent sometimes go unprotected, young lawyer Arthur Kirkland begins to wonder where the justice has gone. Arthur (Al Pacino, in a brilliant 1979 Oscar Best Actor-nominated role) is an honest, idealistic lawyer who is suddenly under pressure to defend a distinguished judge (John Forsythe) accused of raping and battering a young girl – and whom Arthur knows is guilty. Jack Warden co-stars as an eccentric, cheerfully suicidal judge who thinks Arthur should play the game. When it comes down to the trial, Arthur must choose between the security of his career and his person integrity.

Although we have had a couple days lately when we have been down for maintenance, looking back over the last couple years we can say that we have been available 99.5% of the time and that isn't too bad at all.

With the latest outage, we struggled to replace damaged equipment and bring the new boxes online as quickly as possible. We now think that we have everything up and running but we will keep monitoring for little things that may have gotten missed.

We feel so bad when ever the system is off line for more than a few minutes or for any unexpected events. But to put thinks into prespective, we looked back over the past 2 years and found that we have been off line completely for less than 100 hours with the longest period being this last outage when we ended up doing a full rebuild on our main server box.

With all things considered we think we are doing pretty good for a small company managing multiple web sites as well as our regular day-to-day business.

We will continue to improve and make efforts to reduce future down time. Even at 99.5% up time, there is room for improvement.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
